Accepted File Formats

Native Application Files

  • Adobe InDesign (.indd)
  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • Adobe PDF (.pdf)

Postscript File (.ps or .eps)

Don't see the program you used in the list of native applications? We also accept postscript files created from your native application.

PDF File (.pdf)

We accept PDFs created from your native application.

Accepted Font Formats

Please include all fonts (printer and screen) used within your document.

  • TrueType
  • OpenType

Accepted Image Formats

Please provide all photographs and halftones in either CMYK or grayscale color spaces.

  • Adobe PhotoShop (.psd)
  • PostScript (.eps)
  • Tagged Image File Format (.tiff or .tif)

We also accept files via email attachment (5MB or less, please compress) or on CD, DVD, and USB flash drive. To submit in one of these formats, or by a different method, email your sales representative.

Upload Art Files

Before you upload, please:

  • Make sure to provide all fonts, linked graphics, and images from your document.
  • Compress your files into a single zipped or stuffed file.
  • Include identifying information in the name of the compressed file, for example: YourName_ProjectName_SalesRepName.zip
  • For reference, include a set of lasers or lo-res PDFs representing your art at actual size.
  • Please ensure that the Public folder is correctly selected.

To quickly and easily deliver your art files to us, upload them to our FTP server. After you submit your file, please let your sales representative know and tell them the name of the file.
